Laparoscopic Gastric Banding Procedure

Developed to aid in long-term weight loss, the LAP-BAND® System has been used by leading laparoscopic surgeons worldwide to treat severe obesity. Our surgeon is one of the few in the Dallas area now performing the SILS (Single Incision Laparoscopic Surgery) procedure. Sustained weight loss with the LAP-BAND® System is achieved by reducing the capacity of the stomach and offers the advantages of reduced post-operative pain, no hospital stay and quicker recovery.

Laparoscopic Sleeve Gastrectomy Procedure

Sleeve gastrectomy is a restrictive surgery that permanently reduces the size of the stomach by about 85 percent. This procedure is helpful for patients who wish to lose weight but have health conditions that make combined restrictive/malabsorptive surgery less safe at this point in time.

The ROSE - Restorative Obesity Surgery - Endolumenal Procedure

If you were originally successful with your bypass surgery but now find yourself regaining some of your lost weight, you may be a candidate for this "Advanced Incision-Less Surgery". Our surgeon is one of the first two surgeons in the State of Texas trained to perform the ROSE.
